Technique Boxing (£45)
Boxing technique sessions gives you everything you need to become a skilled boxer, whatever your current level of skill is. Delivered in sessions which last 1 hour and on a completely personalised, bespoke basis, you can come to my lessons as a complete beginner and leave knowing that you’re making the right steps.

Boxing for Fitness (£32.50)
The boxing for fitness sessions that I deliver on a one-to-one basis give you a full-body workout over the 30-minute period, helping you to get the workout that you’re looking for. Boxing gives you a mixture of strength and cardio training which gives you the perfect combination for getting to your fitness level quickly. When you come to me for boxing fitness sessions, you’re getting the best service in Cambridge and an all-round excellent start – whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro.
