Group Personal Training is perfect for all ages, abilities, and health and fitness goals. Get all the benefits of working with a highly qualified personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost.

Nu
mbers are limited to 6 ladies per session, creating the ideal training environment. There will be a minimum of 5 sessions per week for you to choose. These days are selected when you complete your health questionnaire form.

 

Limiting the number means i can focus on improving your technique, motivate you to work to your full potential, and create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your training.

Gold Package £220pcm

3 Group PT sessions per week.

This includes accessing Boxing Boot-Camp.

A monthly check in to help keep you accountable with your goals, and give you advice and guidance with nutrition, sleep, training and more.

Access to my Simple Meal Guide, a pdf document giving you detailed daily meal plans ranging from 1300 calories up to 3000 calories.

Plus access to the groups google drive folder full of helpful pdf documents.

Silver Package £180pcm

2 Group PT sessions per week.
