We’re a community, and we share our successes and failures to help support others. You’re never alone.
Numbers are limited to no more than 6 members in each session, creating the ideal training environment. There will be a minimum of 5 sessions per week for you to choose. These will be bookable via the website in advance.
Limiting the number means i can focus on improving your technique, motivate you to work to your full potential, and create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your training.
Gold Package £220pcm
3 Group PT sessions per week.
This includes accessing Boxing Boot-Camp.
A monthly check in to help keep you accountable with your goals, and give you advice and guidance with nutrition, sleep, training and more.
Access to my Simple Meal Guide, a pdf document giving you detailed daily meal plans ranging from 1300 calories up to 3000 calories.
Plus access to the groups google drive folder full of helpful pdf documents.

2 Group PT sessions per week.
