I focus on 3 main points with all my clients

I myself have been on quite the journey to get where I am now.

At DL Training, I offer some of the best personal training, online coaching and boxing bootcamp sessions available in Cambridge – all on a one-to-one basis. Whatever stage of your gym journey you’re on, I can work with you to take you to the next level and help you to progress along the way. 


Whether you’re a complete beginner to the gym or just looking to make the leap to reaching new personal bests, I have a wealth of experience working with women in Cambridge to make sure that your fitness journey is taken as seriously as you need it to be, working with you to help you reach your goals and achieve the level of fitness that you’d like to attain. 


However you’d like to get fit – whether through one-to-one personal training sessions, boxing to get fit in a fun and useful way, or ramping up the work with high-intensity cardio – I’m here to give you the tools to take that next step.
