At DL Training, I help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident at every stage of life. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after time away, navigating motherhood or menopause, or pushing for new personal bests, my coaching is designed to support you every step of the way.

Based in Cambridge, I offer 1:1 personal training, small group PT, online coaching, and boxing bootcamps – all created to help women build strength, improve fitness, and feel empowered in their bodies.

I have been training with Donna for over 3 years now.
