At DL Training, I offer some of the best personal training, fitness and gym sessions, and boxing introduction lessons available in Cambridge – all on a one-to-one basis. Whatever stage of your gym journey you’re on, I can work with you to take you to the next level and help you to progress along the way.

About DL Training
Having lost over 35kg, going from eating junk food everyday, not having a clue what being healthy was and never having stepped foot in the gym to becoming a personal trainer I have definitely been on a journey.
I know where things get hard, which parts are scary but most importantly I know how to get results and help you make real lasting lifestyle changes.
I have a proven history of taking complete beginners to gym pros along with the transformation results of clients to show the kind of changes I can help you make.
Along side personal training i also offer Boxing Sessions.
Boxing for fitness is a 30 minute full body workout and is great if your looking to loose weight, tone up and improve your endurance.
If your looking to improve your boxing technique then i also offer 60 minute sessions designed to concentrate on improving your skills.

I have been training with Donna for over 3 years now. When I first met Donna my self esteem was at an all time low, I was overweight, no real direction on how to lose the weight, I didn’t want to do those fad diets anymore, they never worked long term. I had no idea about how to train, I only knew the cardio machines, which I hated, I was very self conscious about entering the gym environment.
Donna taught me how to safely use the gym equipment , introducing me to strength training where I have never looked back and love seeing how strong I have become and continue to get stronger. I have lost just over 4 stone, the old me is long gone.
Donna has helped me with keeping on track with my food, educating me on healthy food choices, I learned I can eat and not have to starve myself.
I now feel confident entering the gym, I follow my training program which Donna sets up, which is individual to me and my fitness goals.
